Caroline Weir First female Brand Ambassador

SKINS Teamwear are delighted to announce that the Scottish International Footballer, Caroline Weir, will be the new face of SKINS Teamwear as their first female Brand Ambassador.

Caroline Weir, aged 22, brings to the table a wealth of experience having won the SWFL First Division Player of the year award for her performances in Hibernians’ reserve side. Weir joined FA WSL side Arsenal Ladies in July 2013 after leaving high school and whilst playing for Arsenal, won the 2014 FA Women’s Cup.

After a brief spell with Bristol Academy, it was announced in 2016 that Weir had signed for Liverpool FC. While at the Reds, she won the 2016 Liverpool Ladies Player of the Year award and picked up the NWF Women’s Player of the Year award in November 2017.

Having represented Scotland at all youth levels, Caroline received her first call-up for the Scotland women’s senior squad for their match against Iceland in June 2013. She retained her place in the squad for the following game against Germany and is now a regular starter with over 50 appearances to her name.

Caroline has recently made her transfer to Manchester City FC, playing as an attacking midfielder, and is currently on International duty for Scotland for the FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifiers.
